Employee Drug Problem?

We can help. From 1 employee to 1,000, we are equipped to handle the drug screening needs of businesses of all sizes.

Unannounced Drug Testing

We can conduct an unannounced drug testing at your location at a time of your choosing.

Random Drug Testing

Because random drug testing is done on an entirely random basis at unannounced times, it serves as an effective deterrent to employee drug use. And if all employees are equally subject to random drug tests, there can be no allegation of discrimination.

Periodic Testing

Periodic testing is done on a scheduled and announced basis, such as quarterly or annually. This method ensures that all employees are tested on a regular basis and at the same time. The downside to this approach is that it is not as effective in screening out drug users. Employees can evade detection so long as they have enough willpower to abstain for a few weeks in advance.

Post-Incident Testing

OSHA permits business to test employees if employee drug use was likely a contributing factor to an incident, and a drug test would accurately identify the impairment caused by drug use.

Follow-up Drug Testing

Unannounced follow-up drug testing in the workplace is the best way to ensure that your employee is still clean and that the work environment is safe. It can identify evidence of recent use of alcohol, prescription drugs, and illicit drugs. Because random drug testing is done on an entirely random basis at unannounced times, it serves as an effective deterrent to employee drug use.

Drug-Free Workplace Compliance

Delta can help you comply with Federal, State and County Laws as a Drug-Free Workplace. From periodic testing to unannounced testing, we can accommodate your drug-free compliance needs.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing

Employers design drug-free workplace programs to proactively protect themselves from the negative impacts of hiring drug users. Assuring your new hires meet your requirements will save your company time and money.

Drug Screening for Employers

Businesses rely on lab-based urine testing for its cost-effectiveness, the capacity to screen for a variety of drugs and ability to withstand most legal challenges. Urine testing requires a minimum amount of urine (30 – 45 mL) and can be easily collected in the privacy of a restroom. The collector pours the specimen into a bottle that is sealed with tamper-evident tape. Drug testing can help to improve employee morale and productivity while decreasing absenteeism, accidents, downtime, turnover, and theft.

Department of Transportation Approved Drug Testing

Pre-employment urine testing is mandated among federally-regulated employers who employ individuals in safety-sensitive positions including truck, bus and taxi drivers, airplane pilots and railroad employees. Urine testing is the only method that has been approved by the United States Department of Transportation. It’s also cost-effective, typically able to screen for a wider variety of illicit and prescription drugs.
